For more than 20 years I have worked as an administrative assistant for the construction industry working with general contractors and subcontractors. I have used various software programs including Office, Publisher, Gemini Prosoft (construction accounting software), Project Axis, Procore, and a many others. I can assist you with job lead research, the submittal process, payroll and certified payroll reporting (for federally funded project), applications for payment and invoicing, account reconciliation, accounts payable and accounts receivable, job costing, appointment setting, word processing, errands, presentations, events, organization and answering phones, as well as many other services.
